Every year we go through a tough application process to pick our 8 characters. Each year it gets harder and harder, but we think this year will be the best cast yet! We are grateful to these amazing humans because they all agree to raise a minimum of $1000 for our nonprofit, the Murfreesboro Kiwanis Foundation!
Sam Smith – Mr. Green
Sam was raised in Middle Tennessee and is thrilled to join the 2025 Clue Cast! Sam has been working in the field of air traffic control since 2011, loves all things travel, and spends as much time in Mexico as his wallet will allow. You may recognize him as your favorite Brainiac Trivia host around town or as the voice of Sammy the Intern from 102.5 the Party in the mid 2000s. Sam loves all things board game and is excited to definitely, absolutely, positively, undoubtedly, 100% for sure not be the killer in this year’s mystery.
Randy Caldwell – Col. Mustard
I lived in Murfreesboro for 30 years and raised my family here with all three children graduating from MTSU. I am retired but still active in various organizations in Murfreesboro but also own a small antique shop in downtown Smithville that is my retirement gig. The funnest part of my retirement is giving back and picking antique treasures for the shop and discovering the history behind the unique pieces that I find!
Mariah Phillips – Mrs. Peacock
A peacock doesn’t just display – it captivates, defends, adapts, and invites others into is space. So does Mariah Phillips: through her vibrant, visible and ever evolving advocacy, she not only highlights issues – she draws community in, protects collective interests, and renews efforts over time. She does this professionally as a Financial Advisor, being a judgement free space for clients to protect their family and grow their financial legacy.
Steven Arrington – Professor Plum
I have been a cyber security and privacy executive over the past 15 years for two large publicly traded companies based in Nashville. Being a proud member of the Murfreesboro Kiwanis, I support any initiative that seeks to improve the lives of children and youth. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering as the assistant head tennis coach at Stewarts Creek High school, spending time with my family and writing literary fiction novels.
Ashley Morgan – Miss Scarlet
I am Business Development at Stewart Title. Most days, I’m a loving spouse and boy mom—on others, I’m just trying to keep everyone fed and alive. I’ve got a serious thing for connecting with people (I’ve truly never met a stranger) and can talk industry trends or swap life stories over coffee like a pro. I believe every conversation can spark a connection—or at the very least, a good laugh and a lesson or two!
Brandise Raikes – Mrs. White
I’m marketing director by day, band mom by night, and frequent overcommitter in between. I’m usually juggling events, creative projects, and the ongoing mystery of where I left my phone and car keys. I may forget names, faces, and why I walked into a room, but I never miss a deadline or a chance to make things happen. I’m married to Phillip, who somehow puts up with my chaos, and we have one amazing daughter who keeps us humble. We love traveling, game nights, and pretending our cats aren’t secretly running the house.
Travis Miles – The Butler
I am a proud single dad, local business owner of AutoShield 360, and someone who truly loves giving back to our community. When I’m not protecting vehicles from the elements or coaching youth sports, I’m finding ways to connect with good people and support great causes. I’m all about creativity, fun, and showing up for others—so you can count on me to bring the energy to this year’s Boro Clue Party. Let’s make it a night to remembe!
Bel Stuart – The Maid
I am an esthetician and owner of Skin pH.
I’ve been in the skincare industry for 17 years
I’m a mom of 2 girls, Emery and Laney.
I enjoy being involved in the community and spreading love and positivity. 🥰
